These days we’re drowning in information, with so many internet authorities and different exercise options all claiming to be the best for you. It’s hard to know what’s worthwhile: flexibility, functional training, mobility routines, specific strength work.

Maybe you’re a serious trainee who is looking for the extra edge in your athletic performance but aren’t quite sure what exactly is limiting you? Or perhaps you need to recover from an injury, recent or historic but don’t know quite how to take the last step before a getting back to full training.

Or are you someone who is feeling overwhelmed by the range of options but still knows there must be something straightforward you can do to feel better in your skin?

No matter where you’re coming from or where you want to go Alex’s knowledge or the functioning of the human body, love of movement and passion for coaching fill in gap so often left by conventional training and therapeutic approaches.

What is it?

Alex uses multiple modalities, from Trigger Point Dry needling, corrective exercise, functional flexibility, and strength training to help you move better. Sessions last approximately an hour and cover assessment therapeutic treatment necessary and individualised stretching and exercise prescriptions to work on specified areas as needed.

How much does it cost?

We charge €70 for single sessions or €200 for a series of three.
