At Capital Strength, you’re not just joining a gym, you’re joining a team. Every member matters to us, and everyone will receive supervision and guidance to help them to become stronger and move better. We offer quarterly and yearly membership options with discounts for over 65’s, full time students and Irish Sports Council Carded Athletes.
Everyone starts out by doing a number of coached sessions or weightlifting technique classes to get them to a level where they can train safely during general gym opening times. As competence in movements progress the list of approved exercises grows and once the lifter is at a level that they are familiar with the movements and safe and consistent in the way they perform them they can progress out of classes altogether. Unlike a typical “gym”, we will always be there to provide feedback during training times and give tips and corrections as needed.
