Flo Fugasin

Flo discovered her passion for Weightlifting through CrossFit in 2019 and the ups and downs that come with the joy of lifting weights.

She has spent the last couple of years moving with intent and purpose, while listening to her body and adjusting training days as needed.

Prior to CrossFit, Flo practised karate for three years and tried mountain running and other gym workouts, but none provided the challenge she needed.

This pushed her to complete the Weightlifting Ireland Level 1 weightlifting coaching course, mainly for herself to get better, but also to help others lift with good technique and not be afraid or intimidated by heavy weights.

Her coaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation and mobility, then gradually building strength and confidence under heavier loads, and having fun along the way.
