Capital Strength are pleased to announce that we are hosting an offcial Weightlifiting Ireland Competition on the evening of Friday the 12th and morning and afternoon of Saturday the 13th of December. The competition will be held in the space adjoining ours with warm up area in our usual gym. Rules will conform to standard IWF regulations. Competition fee is €20.
